What to expect
Once we receive your order-request contact details, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule and will contact you to set up a secure payment invoice for you. Invoices can be paid securely via interac E-transfer. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Duties & Taxes
Original paintings shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We’re not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Framed paper prints shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes. If you receive such an invoice, please contact me at 604-870-1031 and provide the import invoice and we can issue a refund.
